Return & Payment Terms
The following terms apply to purchases of TrainCan training materials, certifications, and related products and services.
Payment Terms
All orders under $100.00 require payment in advance by credit card, cheque, or cash.
Credit terms may be available for approved customers. Standard payment terms are 2/10 Net 30.
Return Policy
Returns are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted more than 60 days after the original purchase date.
Online course PINs must remain unused and the course must not have been started in order to qualify for a return.
