Order Deadlines

Exam orders should be submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled exam date.

Exams received within two weeks of the exam date may be subject to a rush fee.

Scantron Requirements

All examinees must use an official TrainCan Scantron.

Incorrectly completed Scantrons may be subject to a hand-marking fee.

Returning Materials

All exam booklets (used and unused) must be returned to TrainCan together with completed Scantrons using a courier service.

Proctor Responsibilities

Proctors are responsible for providing examinees with their exam scores and instructions for accessing their digital certificate and wallet card.
