Exam Scheduling

Online exam requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the desired exam date.

Re-tests for unsuccessful students must be scheduled by submitting a new Online Exam Submission Form.

Support & Availability

Live support is only available when exams take place during TrainCan office hours.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

After the Exam

Successful students will receive a digital wallet card and certificate in their account following the exam.

Students will receive the exam that corresponds to the course they completed.

Example: A student who completed BASICS.fst in English will receive a BASICS.fst English exam in their account.
