Students begin learning

📚 Class Upload Information

  • We will provide you with an administrator login.
  • This allows you to monitor student progress, assist with login issues, and generate student status reports.
  • Class uploads require a minimum of 5 business days to complete.
  • Billing is processed during the first week of March, June, and November.
  • Student withdrawals or drops must be submitted before billing dates to avoid charges.
  • Additional reporting support can be provided upon request.
  • We require a complete class list for all course uploads.

♿ Accommodation Requests

We offer accommodations to support students who require additional assistance.

  • Non-webcam monitored exams (proctor required).
  • Extended exam time.
  • Oral examinations where a proctor records the student's responses.
  • A minimum of 5 business days is required to arrange accommodations.
  • Please provide the student's name, email address, and accommodation details.
Important: Please complete the Accommodation Request Form to allow us to coordinate and facilitate the required accommodations.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our courses do not expire.

    • Different courses have different requirements. BASICS.fst and ADVANCED.fst require that you write a proctored examination upon completion.  In order to obtain certification documents you must pass this examination.  A score below 74% in BASICS.fst or below 75% in ADVANCED.fst will not receive certification.  If you fail either the BASICS.fst or ADVANCED.fst with Webcam course a Webcam Retests can be purchased through the link on your “My Courses” page when logged in. 

    • All other courses on this Campus are courses of completion.  They are self-paced training courses. Each unit has a testing component which requires you to get 100% of the test questions correct. If you do not achieve the percentage, you will be asked to review the unit again and then re-challenge the unit test. You cannot move onto a new unit until you have successfully completed the unit test (score 100%). You cannot fail these courses. You must complete the course to receive a final certificate.

  • Yes. We encourage you to work through the course at your own pace. The system will remember where you left off and start you there the next time you login.

    • If you have logged in before, you would have been asked to change your password. If you have forgotten your new password simply click on the “Forgot my Password” link on the student login page and your account info will be emailed to the email address you used when you first signed on.
